As the departure time draws near, it becomes very obvious that leaving AJ will be the most difficult thing about the process. To prepare AJ, we have added Will's bed in the room, moved AJ's seat at the table, put up Will's picture in multiple locations, included Will in all of our prayers, added a toy box with toys for Will and BOUGHT AJ 8 new cars, a new back pack, a new carrying case, ice cream, treats and more.... And I wonder how he has become so Americanized HAHAHA!
Also, I now know how to Skype, FaceTime, Blog, Flikr, Facebook, Tweet, and Instagram so that this trip will be seen, heard and told around the world. Oh I think we also will print some pictures and place them in an album so we actually have something in 10 years because all of that latest technology that I just listed and has kept me up the last 3 nights will be obsolete.
It is more than exciting and more than overwhelming. The support, thoughts, comments and prayers have been amazing and just make us even more excited about our lives, our family and our loved ones.
The next post will have some tears associated with it as we leave AJ but we know it is the right thing to do. God never said answering His call was easy or convenient but He did call and we did answer.
